Cancellation Policy
Orders can normally be cancelled before courier booking or dispatch.
Customer Cancellation
Customers should contact Ronaldo Sports as soon as possible if they want to cancel an order. An order can normally be cancelled while it is still being processed and has not been booked with or handed over to the courier.
After Dispatch
Once courier booking or shipment has been completed, normal cancellation may no longer be available. The order may instead be handled under the applicable Return Policy.
Ronaldo Sports May Cancel an Order
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or system error.
- Payment verification failure.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Delivery location or service limitations.
Important: If Ronaldo Sports cancels an eligible prepaid order, the applicable paid amount will be handled under the Refund Policy.
